  1. What happens to my data if I stop using the service?

    This is entirely up to you.  You can keep your business active and just not be able to create new documents, or you can have all your documents, data, and clients deleted from the system.

  2. How much does it cost?

    We have 4 account types:

    1. Gold Account (R220 per month)
    2. Platinum Account (R350 per month)
    3. Diamond Account (R650 per month)
    4. Custom Account (R650+ per month) - usage based billing, available on monthly Debit Order or Prepaid Credit only.

  3. What does a multi-user multi-business environment mean?

    It means that with one user account, you can own or access multiple businesses with specified permissions for each business.  A business can also have multiple users with specific permissions.

  4. How safe is my data?

    We make every effort possible to ensure the safety, privacy and integrity of your data.  Data is backed up daily and weekly.  The system is hosted on a dedicated server and all communication is encrypted with a 256 bit SSL certificate.

  5. What do I need to access the system?

    You only require a modern internet browser and an active internet connection.  We recommend a broadband connection, but it is not required.  Modern browsers are Firefox 3+, Safari, Opera, Chrome or Internet Explorer 7 or later.  Internet Explorer 6 has limited support.  All layouts are also optimised for multiple screen sizes, which means that any mobile device should work perfectly.

  6. I need a specific feature, can you help?

    In most instances we can, contact us with an accurate description of what you require, and we'll quote you on it, or if it's in the interest of all our businesses and in line with our long term goal, we'll add it for free.

  7. Can I claim VAT for use of the system?

    No, we are not currently VAT registered.

Impossible to run our businesses without IO

IO is an integral part of our day to day business. It allows me complete control and overview functionality, while still enabling franchise owners to run their various franchises without interruption.

At Storietyd.co.za - a bookclub for Afrikaans children, with thousands of members - all our billing is automated, automated invoices, automated debit orders, automated payment allocation, and so forth. Administration would be an absolute nightmare without IO.

We are suppliers of bulk educational products to schools, our reps in the field use IO for quotes, invoicing and managing debtors, directly from their smartphones / tablets.
