With automatic SMS integration, you can customize messages & exactly which actions triggers an automatic SMS to your customers. You can define that only clients without email addresses receive SMS's. Custom messages & settings can be configured on the Settings page, under the SMS tab.
Most actions throughout the system can trigger an automatic SMS to be sent. SMS messages can be customized with dynamic variables. Customer Zone links & links to documents, online payment, etc. are automatically shortened.
URLs are automatically shortened to a invon.co/ url - it is our dedicated short url.
